Meet Our New Principal

We are excited to announce Mr. Tommy C. Brooks as principal of Jalen Rose Leadership Academy. Mr. Brooks received both an Ed Specialist as well as a Master of Education degree from Wayne State University and is currently enrolled in an Educational Doctorate program. Mr. Brooks s excited to work alongside the highly professional and dedicated faculty and staff members of JRLA. JRLA has a rich history of building and cultivating both family and community values. Mr. Brooks is dedicated to continuing and enriching those values while emphasizing and implementing educational strategies that promote high academic standards. In partnership with Phalen Leadership Academies, JRLA will continue to ensure that our scholars receive our collective best! We look forward to our new school year and all of the possibilities that it brings for scholar growth and learning.
