COVID-19 Prevention & Resources

The best defense against any contagious illness is frequent and effective handwashing and seeking immediate medical assistance if experiencing symptoms. Below are guidelines in order to help prevent the spread of COVID-19:

  • Wash your hands with soap and water.

  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth with unwashed hands.

  • Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or upper sleeve when coughing or sneezing.

  • Avoid contact with people who are sick.

  • Stay home if you are sick and contact your healthcare provider.

  • Social distance: Remain at least 6ft from others whenever possible.
