JRLA RFP - Flooring Replacement - March 2023
JRLA is accepting proposals for a qualified, reliable vendor to remove existing carpet and replace it with new carpet or VCT.

Proposals should be sealed, mailed or hand delivered to Joe DeVriendt at jdevriendt@jrladetroit.com, the JRLA Facility Manager, at JRLA located at 15000 Trojan Street, Detroit, MI 48235. Proposals are to be submitted no later than 4:00 PM, Tuesday, April 25th, 2023. JRLA will not consider or accept a proposal received after the date and time specified for bid submission.

Jalen Rose Leadership Academy ("JRLA") seeks bids for a roof replacement. The due date for the submissions is June 8, 2022, at 4PM at JRLA located at 15000 Trojan Street Detroit, Michigan 48235. JRLA will not accept or consider late bids. The bids will be opened and read aloud at a public meeting scheduled for June 15, 2022 at 3PM at JRLA. A mandatory pre-bid meeting and walkthrough will take place on June 3, 2022 at 2pm. All bids shall be accompanied by a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship that exists between the owner or any employee of the bidder and any member of the board of directors or the chief executive officer of the public school academy.
